Fur Baby Model Call
Please fill out all questions below. We are looking for up to nine dogs of all breeds and sizes for a special wall art collection to be displayed at The Crazy Dog Mom. If you are chosen for this project, you will receive a luxury photo session in our Madison studio with your dog (regular price $200) and a product credit of $200 for your own wall art. There is a $50 retainer to reserve your session. You will need to give the studio permission to use your photographs for marketing purposes and for use in The Crazy Dog Mom’s custom wall art in their store. We will contact all entries by phone to learn more about you and your dog. Make sure you answer all the questions to be considered.
